M&E Officer

I serve as the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer at The Humanitarian Service Foundation (HSF), where I play an important role in monitoring program activities, measuring project performance, and ensuring that our interventions achieve their intended objectives.

My responsibilities include data collection, field monitoring, project tracking, documentation, analysis, reporting, and quality assurance. I work closely with program and field teams to monitor progress, identify challenges, verify project outcomes, and support evidence-based decision-making.

I am committed to maintaining accuracy, transparency, accountability, and quality throughout the project cycle. By analyzing program data and field-level information, I help the organization understand what is working effectively, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen the overall impact of its programs.

My work covers various humanitarian and community development initiatives, including WASH, livelihood support, food assistance, and community-based programs. I believe that effective monitoring and evaluation are essential for ensuring that resources are used responsibly and that programs deliver meaningful and measurable results for the communities we serve.

Through my role at HSF, I remain committed to strengthening program quality, improving accountability, and contributing to sustainable and impactful development outcomes.
