About the Project
In 2025, HSF launched an impactful Income Generating Project aimed at providing sustainable livelihood opportunities to marginalized individuals from economically weaker sections. The initiative focused on distributing 50 fully equipped pani puri carts to deserving beneficiaries across Mau and Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh.
Project Objectives
● Create self-employment opportunities for low-income families
● Equip selected individuals with complete infrastructure to start or improve their street food business
● Promote financial independence and improved living standards

Way Forward Encouraged by the response and initial success, HSF aims to expand this model to other regions and introduce training, branding, and marketing support to make these micro-enterprises more competitive and sustainable.

What Was Provided?
● Each of the 50 selected beneficiaries received:
● A custom-designed pani puri cart
● A 5 kg commercial gas cylinder and stove
● Utensils, containers, serving items, and cooking materials
● Basic orientation on safe use and maintenance
